Guidelines for Participating Mighty Mini Artists
REGISTRATION
To participate: Artists MUST RSVP online with complete submission forms

ARTWORK CRITERIA
Donation: All Artwork must be a donation.
Size Requirements: Each completed piece must measure no more than 6 inches tall, wide, or deep. INCLUDING the framing, mounting, or display mounts. A 6 inch piece with a 7 inch frame is over the 6 inch maximum.
Media: Media may be any traditional or non-traditional materials as long as the finished/displayable artwork (including all frames and display materials) fits within a 6 inch by 6 inch by 6 inch space. Original works only: prints of larger original pieces will not be accepted. Please call with questions.
Display: Each piece must be ready to hang (wire or hanging hardware on the back) or Artist must provide a pedestal.
Tag: Please attach a completed tag(s) below to the back of your art.
Deliver to: Temecula Valley Museum 28314 Mercedes Street, Temecula, CA 92590
Delivery Day/Time: Between March 13 and March 22. Tuesday-Sunday between the hours of 10:30am and 3:30pm – (closed Monday)
Delivery Requirement: MUST have Tag Attached or will be rejected. Artist statement optional but must be turned in WITH artwork
Delivery Deadline: Sunday, March 22 by 3:30 pm. NO EXCEPTIONS
EVENTS
Artists Reception: FIRST FRIDAY 5:30pm and 8:30pm at The Gallery at The Merc (42051 Main St, Temecula CA).
Artists encouraged to bring guests!

Art Show & Fundraiser: On display all of April at The Merc: Wed 2- 6pm, Thur 2 - 9pm, Sat 12 - 9pm, Sun 12 - 5pm
Drawing & Closing Reception: LAST FRIDAY . 5:30 to 7:30 pm Winners may take their artwork after drawing on Friday.
